The past year has been incredible! Thank you all for being part of this amazing journey, and before we all jump into 2023, let’s look back at everything we achieved together this year:
- Our third generation ESS, the Q.HOME CORE was introduced in Australia
- Arcstream energy retail brand and VPP was launched, becoming the first end-to-end solar solution of the country
- Qcells’ brand identity changed, trying to reflect more both our vision as a clean energy provider, and the roadmap to business diversification
- An exclusive finance partnership with Plenti started, to provide the Qcells Battery Finance Program
- We launched our exclusive national distributor partnership with MMEM
- We were an approved provider in the Solar Victoria VPP Pilot program providing $4,174 rebates to eligible customers
- We partnered both with Energex to research tariffs in QLD, and provide battery and VPP customers with $1,000 cash back and with Essential Energy to research tariffs in NSW in conjunction with a research team from UNSW
- We opened our PTI Centre in Alexandria for training and for partners to see and demo our new products
- We exhibited at the Sydney Home Show, the Melbourne Home Show and All Energy
- We transitioned to SAP for robust product ordering and inventory management
- We grew our local support team, our marketing team, and our sales team to ensure local sales coverage in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA
